The coix seed oil, about 2%—7% in coix seeds with coixenolide, adlaylactone and amino acids, can reduce the possibility of muscle contraction, enhance body's immunity and anti-tumor functions through the latest national and globe researches. Coix seed is non-toxic and non-induced mutations on the human body. A technology of liposomes of coixenolide oil was investigated in the research in order to improve the stability of coixenolide oil, prolong the shelf life and achieve targeted transportation , improve digestion and absorption and utilization in human's body.The liposomes of coix seed oil were prepared by film-ultra sound technique referring to liposomes encapsulation efficiency and the size of liposomes. The best preparation of coicis semen liposomes and the optimal formula is that: the mass ratio of lecithin and cholesterol is 3:l.The pH of PBS buffer is 6.8, Ultrasonic power is 90 percent. Ultra -sound time is 30 min. According to the prescription and the preparation liposomes average encapsulation efficiency is 85.81 percent, the diameter of liposomes is 205 nm.We also established the testing methods of coicis semen liposomes 'encapsulation efficiency on the base of other methords.That is dialysis-ultra sound process. The experiment use of freeze-drying methods to dry liquid liposomes. in order to reduce oil coixenolide quality of leakage in the process of freeze-dried, we used to add the protection of freeze-dried and freeze-dried approach to the protection of the types of screening and of Visit to leakage rate as the main indicators of inspection, we got the best technology of freeze-dried liposomes is : the freeze-direr protective agent is trehalose, freeze-time is 8h, the mass ratio of freeze-direr protective agent and the phospholipid of is 2:1. the liposomes in freeze-drying machine at-80℃, 0.1 Mbar dry 36 h. Before and after the freeze-dried liposomes the physical and chemical properties of the inspection The particle morphology, the size range, pH, and encapsulation efficiency of liposomes before freeze-drying and after hydrated were studie.It show that after the freeze-dried liposomes maintain the basic physical nature. The results show that freeze-dried methord can improve the stability of liposomes.
