| In recent years, emergencies frequently occurred in the world brought a mass of casualty and enormous property loss to our society. Unfortunately, a large number of accidents and disasters also happened in China, up to 413752, and causing 91172 people die, all that shows China has approached the peak of emergencies. Thus, it is high time to systemically study on emergency management and pedestrian evacuation in order to forecast and prepare emergencies, further, lowing property loss and reducing casualty. It is significant to maintain and create harmonious and steady society.In terms of emergency capacity and systemic dynamics, enterprise emergency evacuation system is entirely studied and analyzed. The vulnerabilities of emergency is assessed and calculated in some enterprise, including special distributing rule and character, meanwhile, we discus relationship between many internal factors in emergency system and put forward measure to perfect emergency plan. After that, the simulation model of pedestrian evacuation is developed by ANYLOGIC to simulate pedestrians' behavior in fires, and we can observe evacuation process and discover some phenomena, such as bottleneck existing in running model, which is helpful to mending emergency management.1) Based on expatiating vulnerability concept and analysis method, the vulnerabilities, in the security situation and emergency management of an enterprise, are studied on the seven regions of the 21 vulnerability indicators graded by experts in the view of safety theory. The distributing rule and the nature of the regional presence vulnerability are analyzed by using Principal Components Analysis, and that the vulnerability degree of every unit also is achieved. So it provides a new evaluation method for assessing and developing emergency response plans and in favor of entirely understanding safe level of enterprise and emergency capacity.2) Referring to System Dynamic for analyzing some enterprise's emergency management, research object and variables were confirmed in order to construct causal relationship and flow chart before system model of emergency management developed. Studying simulation results, such as risk rank, macroscopic benefits, and so on, we understood the role and function of safety professional, providing some reasonable advices. 3) By introduced some basic knowledge about emergency modeling, such as theory, method, data processing, tool, etc, and then, evacuation model based on ANYLOGIC was developed in the view of safety theory. We illuminated detailedly the idea of model and steps of developing. It is obvious to find simulation's advantage by comparing theoretical evacuation time with simulation model's pedestrian spend, and we discussed and explained the phenomena in running model, for examples, crowd, and so on. There are chances that emergency evacuation plan will be developed and improved through simulation model. |
