In this subject we used the vertical and horizontal sub-surface flow wetlands to treat the low concentrated wastewater , compared the removal efficiency ,proposed the COD degradation dynamics constants , examined the the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes and compared the key ecological coefficient (DO and temperature ).When the water load was 80L/d, HRT was 24h, the two wetlands did the same in COD removal efficiency , the vertical flow wetland achieved better TN and TP removal efficiency.When the water load was 80L/d, the HRT ranged from 12h to 36h, the vertical flow wetland achieved a better removal rate in the HRT of 24h in TP and TN, 51% and 55%, the horizontal flow wetland did well in COD removal in the HRT of 36h, 70%.When the inflow concentration was different, the removal of COD of two wetlands increased at first and then decreased , decreased all time in the removal of TP and TN.The COD degradation dynamics constant of two wetlands are 2.7307and 0.9707 .The max number of bacteria nearest to the entrance of inflow was 106,the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes decreased as the flow proceed, and to the min at the outlet of the wetlands. The number of micros in fillings were high ,and the bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes number was 107 , 106 and 104 respectively.The removal rate of COD had positive relations with the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, DO of vertical flow wetland had relations with umber of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes the relativity coefficient were 0.734223,0.836418,0.794864. The number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes decreased as the higher concentration of the inflow, and increased as the longer of HRT.The removal rate of two wetlands had positive relations with the temperature, vertical flow wetland was more influenced by temperature, the relativity coefficient between removal rate of TN and temperature is 0.999465031. The photosynthesis of plants placed effects on the removal rate of TN,TP.
