| As a high-tech processing technology,the radiation processing has been widely used in agriculture,industry,medicine and environmental protection. The electron accelerator is the most important equipment of the radiation processing system, so research of the high-performance accelerator is of great significance for the development of relevant industries.This paper researched the high-voltage power designing of air-core isolating-core transformer(AICT) accelerator and its magnetic field calculation, providing reference value for the establishment of the AICT accelerator. The dissertation consists of the four main parts, as follows:Firstly, the purpose and the development trend of the accelerator used for radiation processing are presented. Then the characteristics of different kinds of high-voltage accelerator are described.Secondly,the AICT accelerator system and its principle are introduced, the resonance principle of the high-voltage power are presented,theoretically analysed the winding inductance and the capacitance of the accelerator.Thirdly,the wingding structure of the air-core transformer is designed.According to the structure and the winding turns,the winding inductance and the capacitance of the accelerator are calculated.Then the resonance circuit is analysed.The MATLAB simulation mode are designed and got the 1.5MV high-voltage power,it provide a reference for designing the high-voltage power of the AICT accelerator.Finally,the winding inductance are calculated and the 2D analysis of the air-core transformer are researched by using the FEA software ANSYS,using the ANSYS analysis program,got the magnetic field distribution of the model and the magnetic field are analyzed.Then the magnetic field shield of the accelerating tube are researched and achieved a desirable effect of the magnetic field shield. |
