Low-permeability oil fields occupies an important position in oil and gas reserves of our country, but because of the geological cause these fields have low yield, Study how to extract oil and gas resources effectively is significant. In this paper placed explosives in the horizontal well in reason, blasted, explosive energy made a number of fractures at a certain area around the borehole, brought into production. Explosive fracturing have impact on deliverability and it is to determine the success of this technology mostly, so this need to conduct an in-depth study.Finite Element Method is the effective numerical method of researching the flow in reservoir, FEPG is Finite Element Program Generator, it is used component-based programming language and the finite element method, based on a unified mathematical theory and the inherent law of Finite Element Method, generated process automatically by the differential expression of the physical problem and its solution algorithm. Based on theory of Finite Element Method and the characteristic of low permeability reservoir, it used FEPG to describe fractures generated by explosive fracturing, to study its impact on deliverability. In this paper the single phase flow differential equation is weakened, it is processed by FEPG and generated finite element program. From the basic model of single phase flow and radial flow, it verified the correctness of the program generated by FEPG. According to the character of explosive fracturing, it generated the model of the horizontal well with complex fractures. Then it is discussed that the effect of many variants on the production performance of fractured well, such as fracture number, length, flow conductivity and so on, the computing results show that it is reasonable. It is also discussed that the effect of many variants on the production performance of fractured well when it has inverted well in the side, such as fracture number, length, flow conductivity and so on. The results analyzed and compared are rational.Although the research is preliminary, these conclusions provide a new way for the development of Low-permeability oil fields, and it is more significant in guiding the fracturing and reconstructing of Low-permeability oil fields.
