Vegetable oil is one kind of clean and renewable resources which contains little S and N element. The study of vegetable oil to diesel oil through hydrodeoxygenation technology will reduce the dependence to petroleum, and have notable environmental and societal benefit .In the dissertation, palm oil and bean oil were as feed oils, the effect of the different materials, catalyst and reaction conditions on the conversion of the vegetable oil were studied in laboratory-scale fixed-bed micro-reactor. The result demonstrate that palm oil with more saturated fatty acid has higher conversion and economic advantage was a suitable feed. Catalyst with proportion of MoO3 and NiO was 18m% and 3.9m% exhibited higher activity in the reaction, the yield of biodiesel is about 82m%. Considering the economic cost, the conversion of blending feed of vegetable oil and catalytic diesel oil was studied, and emphatically studied vegetable+30% diesel oil hydro conversion condition. The result demonstrate that the heavy fraction of vegetable oil also could turn into light fraction. The oxygen element in the vegetable oil was removed in the form of carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and water. In reactions, the competition existed among the removal of S,N and O element, with the increase of vegetable content, the effects on HDS,HDN are notable, this indicated that the inhibiting effect of HDO on HDS,HDN, but this effect would be reduced with increase of temperature and pressure. The appropriate reaction condition is 4~5MPa,90~420℃,WHSV of 1.0~2.0h-1 and a volume ratio of H2 to oil of 500~700.By comparing the property of biodiesel, diesel oil and the blended oil of biodiesel and diesel oil, it show that biodiesel had good evaporating, atomization, combustion performance and friendly to environment. Gas chromatography analysis show that the composition of biodiesel are n-alkanes, the content of n-C15-n-C18 was about 94.92m%, single composition and narrow fraction lead to its worse low-temperature property than diesel oil. So blending biodiesel and diesel oil can take advantage and make up the insufficiency.
