With the rapid development of society,People's growing demand for resources,the more underground mining,expanding the scale of blasting,gradually increasing dosage of blasting,blasting vibration effect of the surface is more and more strong and more and more people's are concerned about the hazards of blasting。the blast vibration damage has become an important problem of environmental protection in economic development.Regarding this various;researchers of many countries have made hardly unremitting investigation and exploration to it.However,due to its strong randomicity,fuzziness and uncertainty,even a problem such as transmission laws of blast vibration waves has not yet been cognized perfectly.Especially,the study on the surface vibration effect of blasting is still in the air,and many problems need to be solved and consummated immediately.For the above problem,the author propose the use of numerical simulation to analyze the surface vibration generated by blasting and control blasting harm.the numerical model is established on the basis of the monitoring data,and the accuracy of the model is verified by monitoring data too.the results of comparative analysis with the simulate and experimental data shows that the model and parameters of selecting and establishment in this article can simulate accurately underground deep-hole blasting seismic effect. The deviation of two maximum velocity does not exceed 10%and it is within the scope of allowable deviation of applications in engineering.Also it is found that horizontal vibration velocity is bigger than vertical vibration velocity at the same pointThrough the numerical analysis using numerical model in three kinds of blasting condition,I found,in an underground mine deep-hole blasting,when the increase dosage,blasting vibration velocity increase at the same surface point and the blasting vibration peak value velocity near the explosion source is attenuate to smaller with distance increase and peak velocity attenuation increase gradually far the explosion source,When adding depth,the same surface point vibration velocity decreases,but slower vibratory attenuation rate.
