With the exploitation of oil, the amount of oil wastewater emissions is more and more, while the composition of pollutants in produced water is complex and difficult to handle. In particular, the development of polymer flooding technology make the composition of produced water is more complicated and more difficult to deal with. The general treatment method is very difficult to achieve the standards, however discharge directly would also have serious damage on ecological and environmental. So the further study and resolution of oil pollution on the ecological environment has important significance to enhance and improve the advanced treatment technology of oilfield produced water.The article has a system describe on the characteristics of produced wastewater and the general treatment methods. In the view of the characteristics of polymer wastewater, the article proposes the advanced treatment through ozone oxidation, and it also has a systematic experimental study and theoretical inquirement. The main effect factors such as temperature and time are analyzed detailed. Through the experiment, it can be arrived out the relation between the effluent oil content, polymer concentration, CODcr and ozone dosage on the situation of having a certain volume of oily wastewater and ozone dosage, while the reaction time and the temperature on the removing ratio of oil concentration, polymer concentration, CODcr are also analyzed. After treatment in ozone, the removal rate of oil reached 97.21%, polymer concentration reached 86.45%, CODcr reached 94.45%, and the turbidity removal efficiency also reached the 94.72%. This shows that the ozone on field containing poly sewage treatment has good effect.Combination of the experiment results, the reaction mechanism of discusses ozone on containing polyethylene sewage is discussed, it provides a theoretical reference for the further research on this area. |
