Research On Optimizing And Operating Technology Of Qing-Ha Petroleum Pipeline

The length of Qing-Ha pipeline is 182.8 km and the diameter of the pipeline is 377×6.4mm .Furthermore, it was officially put into operation on 10th Nov.1999. Four stations aimed at transporting oil are founded——Pubei Heating and Pumping Station (1st Station),Honghe Heating Station (2nd Station),Fengyang Heating and Pumping Station (3rd Station) and Harbin Final Station respectively. The output is 2 or 3 million tons per year in the form of being heated and with a temperature of 75℃to end at each station. If the amount of output is over 2.5million tons per year, the first station and the third station will start the pump for transporting oil outside together. However, if the annual output is less than 2.5 million tons, only the first station will operate this type of pump. Daqing Oil Field has been exploring how to apply to the heating technique of crude oil to optimizing the operation of petroleum pipeline, since the long-distance Pipeline between Daqing and Harbin was put into use in 1999. The fundamental purpose is to reduce the consumption of oil as fuels on condition that the operation of the whole pipeline is ensured.In order to make out the operation program of Qing-Ha Pipeline in the condition of different output and ground temperature , the workers of Qing-Ha Pipeline are conducting simulated experiments to various ground temperature and output how to heat crude oil , including the optimization Pipeline , the rate of lowering the temperature , the cutting intensity and on heating oil . Meanwhile, based on the results of simulated tests and technology calculating, the scheme about operating and relating experiments on temperature and output was proposed.In terms of the long Pipelines of Qing-Ha, a variety tests and experiments will be made to test if the results of experiments and raised operating program are reliable and secure. Through tests on the spot, the reasonable and efficient operating programs are raised and concluded. To ensure the security of pipeline working , I suggest a solidifying-point testing post should be established and quotiety of the general heat passing should be tested regularly as well.
