Whether the thermal comfort of seat is adapted to the physical characteristics of people,these will have an impact on the fatigue status of a person.So study on the temperature between people and the surface of the seat is very important.In the study, we focus on using device methods and people methods to test the temperature changes of wood-based materials,non-wood materials and Chairs block surface under high and low temperatures.And determine the temperature tested method of Chairs furniture.First,in the basis of pre-experiment, develope a temperature testing device. Second,using the temperature testing device, under high-temperature environment(24-27℃)and low-temperature environment(14-17℃),test the temperature changes of wood and non-wood materials. The results are as follows:①Compare material of the same size,the temperature tested by devices for high to low order is:The first group is blockboard> plywood> MDF,bamboo timber, particleboard> straw board.The second group is plastic> pine> marble> metal> tile.②Compare the same materials with different thickness,the thicker the thickness of the higher temperature.Third,using the people testing method,the environment is as before.The results are as follows:①Compare material of the same size of the seat surface,the temperature tested by the human body for high to low order is:blockboard,straw board> posted straw board veneer,particleboard> MDF> marble②The highest temperature is on the thigh, tuberosity of ischium temperature of the lower node,block surface temperature is between the minimum. This is possible that there is the relationship with sitting pressure.Sitting pressure where is larger is with human body in close contact,so faster temperature rise.Forth,choose from the 20 and 30 minutes a time as the evaluation time point,temperature trends of this time can be used as the the temperature evaluation criteria to test a variety of materials.At a high temperature environment,human and device method is the temperature measured by the ratio of negative-related.At a low temperature environment, human and device method is the temperature measured by the ratio of positive-related.
