| 0-3 PMN/IPN composites were prepared in view of the prominent merits of Lead Niobium Magnesium Zirconium Titanic (PMN) piezoelectricity ceramics and Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (IPN), is electric properties, mechanical property and damping property of these composites were studied.A Series of polyacrylate latex IPN compounds system was synthesized based on the crosslinker amount and type, different formulation and synthetic processing, by equilibrium swelling. The particle size and distribution were investigated by 90 pl us particle size analyzer. The damping performance was tested by Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer. The results showed that as . MMA-EMA for network I with the ration of 1:1 and the crosslinker TPGDA amount of 0.9% to the monomer, the compounds system which achieved to the optimum properties and particle size had a narrow distribution, the tanδvalue was nearly 0.4 between 30-120℃.With LIPN as matrix, 0-3 PMN/IPN composites were prepared by Chemical or physics mixing method. The physical mixing method was suitable to preparing high content PMN and high-performance compound system. Morphological of these composites, the polarization parameter, the thermal stability and damping performance were studied respectively by JSM-6380LV, Multi-purpose Penetrates Installment, TGA-Q50 and Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer. The result showed that: PMN powders distributed in matrix with mostly the original shape and size, the PMN not only enhanced damping performance, but also had the contribution to the thermal stability of compound system, the optimum consistency of PMN was 70wt%, its damping performance was superior to before polarization, tanδ≥0.45 in -30℃- 120℃, the optimum condition of polarization: the temperature was 85℃, the time was 25min, the polarized field intensity was 45KV. |
