The number of jacquard information in one jacquard unit is eight nowadays instead of traditional four, which causes the effect of three-dimensionality to be stronger and the connection of side seam to be more natural on jacquard fabric. In the article, we also do the thorough research on the pattern design of warp knitted jacquard seamless fabric, and combined with the actual situation in production, explaining the jacquard pattern distribution and the choice of organization and so on; all is in order to provide the mentality for designers.This topic also according to the need of warp knitted seamless fabric's design, increases the design and simulation function of the warp knitted jacquard seamless fabric to the system WKCAD3.0, which was researched and developed independently by Warp Knitting Research Center from JiangNan University. By using the system, the side seam not only link automatically, but also outspread automatically. It's convenient to examine the link of side seam organization. At the same time, we added the function of simulation, including the two-dimensional and three dimensional simulation. its application can short the fabric design develop time, reduce the spending of textile design, and establish effective communication between enterprises and the customers.
