Slaughterhouse Wastewater high oil content, high carbon and high phosphorus than nitrogen, and other than the characteristics of different enterprises as a result of processing technology and so on, for this article Dalian Slaughterhouse wastewater process design, in the spirit of streamlining the design of practical ideas on the Dalian Slaughterhouse wastewater of a proposed. Three different craft were designed: co-coagulation flotation-SBR, co-coagulation flotation-SBBR system and co-coagulation flotation-bio-contact oxidation system.co-coagulation flotation system: The results of the study on the stable time showed that when the gas-liquid pump pressure was 0.55 MPa, the stable time was the longest. The pressure of gas-liquid pump was 0.55 MPa. The diameter of micro-bubble was figured out about 35~45μm by means of stokes' expression in the pressure of 0.55 MPa. Got the best dosages of orthogonal test in breakers: FeSO4 was 2.0g/L, the wastewater pH value of adding alkaline waste liquid was 8, and PAM was 1.0 mg/L, and got the best flow recycle ratio 50%. These parameters were used in the coagulation-flotation system. When COD was 2.0~3.0×103 mg/L, SS was 0.6~1.0×103 mg/L, NH4+-N was 0.15~0.2×103 mg/L, the experimental results showed that the average COD, SS and NH4+-N grease removal rate was beyond 80%, 90%, 60% respectively, and the shock resistances of experiments were also done.The experimental research of tannery wastewater by Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) showed that reliable and stable treatment results could be achieved. The method of draining in the top and influent in the bottom was feasible. The best ratio of draining was 3/5. Aeration time and aeration quantity has strong influence on treatment efficiency. When MLSS was between 4 g/L and 6 g/L, the removal rate of COD was high. The draft parameter of the reactor: the time of influent (effluent) was 1.0h, aeration 6.0 h, settle 1.5 h. When the COD and NH4+-N concentration of influent water was in level of 500~600 mg/L and 70~80 mg/L. the removal rates of COD and NH4+-N were 90% and 85% respectively.The experimental research of tannery wastewater by bio-contact oxidation process, the effect was stable. When the COD and NH4+-N concentration of influent water was in level of 2.0~3.0×103 mg/L, 0.15~0.2×103 mg/L, The process was easy to run and was a stronger suitable stress according to the shock resistances.Sequence Batch Biofilm Reactor(SBBR) treatment Slaughterhouseed waste water by the following parameters: the time of influent (effluent) was 1.0 h, aeration 4.0 h, settle 1.0 h. In the amount of aeration 0.08 m3/h, MLSS option 2.0 ~ 4.0 g/L is appropriate, the initial pH value in the 7.5 to 8.5 is the best to choose the best drainage for more than 1 / 2. When the COD and NH4+-N concentration of influent water was in level of 500~600 mg/L and 70~80 mg/L; at this time NH4+-N less than 15 mg/L, COD less than 70 mg/L in the process effluent.
