In supramolecular chemistry,metal organic chemical,EL,nonlinear optics,solar energy conversion,as well as chemical sensors and many other aspects polypyridine complexes have centent many potential applications due to their unique system of conjugate and a good coordination capacity with lots of metal ions.In order to have a functional compounds,it is necessary to modified the polypyridine by the introduction of some reasonable push-pull electronic furLctional groups and other functional group activity,to increase the application of the compounds in the area.On the basis of a large number of relevant documents this paper have modified the bipyridines and terpyridines,by the introduction of electron donating groups as N,N-dimethyl-alkynyl and the Fc Iron-alkynyl.And synthesis of a series of new functions polypyridine compounds and their corresponding transition metal complexes,and get some meaningful results.1.Use p-Bromotoluene,Methyl 2-pyridyl ketone,4-Iodoaniline and so on as raw materials.By hydroxyl aldehyde condensation,Krohnke co-reaction,acetylened reaction and sonogashira coupling reaction and other reaction.Get a new N,N-dimethyl-alkynyl terpyridine L1 and its Zn(Ⅱ) compound[Zn(L)2]ClO4. compound L1 have a good sensivivity for the organic fluorescent.Can be used as organic solvent polarity of the fluorescent probe.However,the Zn(Ⅱ) compound has no such effect.2.To control the length of the ferrocene and the dipyridyl group.We synthesis three alkynyl ferrocene compounds to replace the bipyridine L2-L4.and characterization it with NMR,Infrared and so on.The;series showed that the series compounds occur Fe(Ⅱ)→Fe(Ⅲ) change in the presence of oxidants.3.Through the reaction of L2,L3 with K2PtC14,we get the Pt(Ⅱ)-Fe(Ⅱ) heterometallic coordination compounds Pt1-Pt2,to let tert-butyl-based bipyridyl as ligand,alkynyl-ferrocene as the auxiliary Ligand,we get Pt(Ⅱ)-Fe(Ⅱ) heteronuclear metal organic complexes Pt3,and we characterization it with nuclear magnetic, infrared.
