A Primary Study On Management Philosophy Of Ecological Man

With rapid economic development and social progress in the industrial society, mankind is facing a series of ecological problems such as shortage of resources, ecological damage, environmental pollution, depletion of energy resources. However, through from the scientific management theory to conduct scientific management, to the modern management of the"Jungle potential", management methods also began facing many difficult issues."Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy, which is on the relationship of management activities and the ecological environment, is trying to help enterprises out of its predicament with the perspective of sustainable development.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part summarized three periods of the administrative philosophy. It focuses on the difference of economic patterns, cultural patterns and management patterns between post-industrial society and two previous periods. It's expounded on the ecological background of the"Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy.The second part described the meaning and four features of the"Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy. We must adopted the"life-oriented enterprises"instead of"economic enterprise"so that the enterprises of the Post-industrial society could take the road of sustainable development. When the enterprise was being as a body of life, the philosophy of management emerged on major characteristics: to create value for the management of the country, cooperative symbiotic relationship, the concept of sustainable development, etc.The third part specifically addressed the theoretical background of the"Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy. First of all, expounded the two limitations of the human-centric and non-human centric of the theoretical. Then expounded the concept of sustainable development, which based on principles of Marxism theory, turn its vision to the relationship between people and between man and nature. It admitted the same important position between two contemporary ecological problems. Mankind is neither a dominant to the nature, nor an ordinary member of the ecological system.Part four did a specific analysis on the form of"Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy. It emphasis that business ideal changed in the era of social change. From the theory of social responsibility, enterprises need to bear the economic functions and more social responsibility, to undertake more widely obligations beyond the economic goals. The goal of management is to pursue the economic benefits before, but now it pursues economic, social and ecological benefits in a unity. The consumer awareness, government act, green barriers stimulation in international trade and the requirements of enterprises sustainable development are the reasons of this change.In the last part of this thesis, it discussed the guiding meaning of"Ecological mankind"Administrative Philosophy to the modern management. From the concept level, in line with modern management, it needs to establish the management of ecological values, create a corporate culture ecology, shaped the ecological people with ecological awareness. From the system level, it needs to strengthen the implementation of enterprise's environment of social responsibility, form improving laws and regulations, adhering to the accountability system. From a technical point of view, it needs to strengthen corporate research from green technology, green products and green equipment three areas, to promote cleaner production.
