Diesel engine crankshaft are one of the important parts. Grinding as the crankshaft finishing processes, the location of the crankshaft, the surface roughness and the Beat has a great impact. A .crankshaft production line, the most expensive equipment prices are generally at the grinder grinding. The study crankshaft grinding process on the quality of research is of great significance. This article is based on the grinding process at the crankshaft on the importance of processing applications, and large-scale production at the factory, under the premise put forward.Thesis first analyzes the status quo at home and abroad crankshaft grinding on the basis of the combination of the factory's current production conditions, on the workpiece surface roughness after grinding the formation of the principle of an analysis on the grinding force and wheel wear on grinding quality and demonstrated that the grinding force and the relationship between the grinding wheel wear. In order to optimize the grinding parameters and grinding productivity and improve the quality of thesis using different dosage and two grinding wheel through the single-factor test and orthogonal test conducted crankshaft grinding test. During the trial, based on the study of a single grinding parameters (cutting depth, feed rate of nuclear wheel linear velocity) on the grinding effects of the law, results showed that: (1) With the increase in depth of cut, surface roughness values increased trend, so coarse grinding and grinding at grinding it is necessary (2) coarse grinding process feed rate of grinding wheel wear the most, while the grinding process on surface roughness affected the most. But, in doing so large grinding depth of cut, the crack and burn would be more serious, can process optimization methods to improve processing efficiency is also guaranteed the workpiece surface quality and the use of performance; workpiece surface roughness with the increase in wheel speed reduction. According to the results of orthogonal test method using regression analysis parameters and set up a grinding wheel wear and surface roughness between the math model, results showed that the depth of cut on surface roughness crankshaft grinding wheel wear and wear the greatest impact. Finally set up the basis of obtained the mathematical model of grinding parameter optimization program.
