This paper based on time-invariant seepage of gas condensate reservoir, considering condensate gas obey non-Darcy's law as its low viscosity and high velocity, while considering condensate oil and water obey Darcy's law as its low velocity, Combining steady-state theory and the gas-liquid two-phase flash calculation model, we established the IPR of gas-condensate well considering phase state variance. On the base of well bore steady flow model, According to quality, moment and energy conservation law and heat transfer theory, combing gas-liquid two-phase flash calculation and EOS, amending the compressibility factor, gas-liquid superficial tension, viscosity and so on, establish the coupling computation module of temperature and pressure for gas condensate well considering oil gas behavior. At the same time, carry out sensitivity analysis for parameter. According to the coupling computation module of temperature and pressure for gas condensate well considering oil gas behavior and statistic thermodynamics method, refer to phase equilibrium and EOS, can calculate the producing pressure drop which avoid gas hydrate formation in the wellhead of gas-condensate well. Combining the gas-liquid two phase flash calculation model and well bore liquid continuous withdrawal model, establishing a condensate gas well liquid continuous withdrawal model which considering oil, gas phase behavior. In combine with inflow performance model, on the base of nodal analysis, we can obtain the minimal liquid continuous withdrawal producing pressure drop. On the basis of analysis of minimal pressure drop of liquid continuous withdrawal, pressure drop to avoid sand and pressure drop to avoid obvious retrograde condensation, reasonable production pressure drop could be determined. Referring to the formation flow in, the well bore flow out and models for calculating reasonable condensate gas production pressure drop. This paper also establishes more comprehensive method to calculate reasonable condensate gas output. This method could determine the tubing size and condensate gas production pressure drop more accurately, which could be the guidance for optimize allocation. Based on the model established, this paper established a program for calculating reasonable output of the condensate gas. Using this program also analyses the effect of the tubing size, well head pressure, formation pressure to the output of the condensate gas.
