Currently, most fields in ShengLi has been into"three high"development stage, including high recovery percent, high water cut , high remaining oil recovery rate etc. And the former development effect evaluation standard did not suit for them any more, especially the high water-cut fields. So to recognize the producing feature, development status of extra-high water cut field well and truly, we screen out 12 evaluation production indexes for high water cut field and the integrated evaluation system including production indexes, evaluation standard and evaluation method was established by studying the variety of oil production ,water cut ,water cut increase rate and opening ratio with the methods of application logic analysis, fuzzy associate analysis, field Stat. analysis, etc. For example ,by using the methods of field sta., theory calculation and industry standard, the development evaluation standard was confirmed; and based on the principle of fuzzy judgment, finally the study of integrated quantify evaluation method was carried out .
