Sand producing is a tough problem in the recovering of the unconsolidated sand reservoir, and the conventional sand control processing which we used in the past can only ensuring the normal producing of the oil. The technology which can prevent the sand producing and at the same time increase the productivity in the unconsolidated sand reservoir is an important research trend in the near future. According to this urgent need of double effect in the unconsolidated sand reservoir, heavy oil sand producing reservoir and low production unconsolidated sand reservoir, we launched the integrative technology of fracturing and sand control research subject. After the deep and thoroughly research of the theory, we systematically analyzed the sand control and production enhancement working mechanics of the fracturing and sand control technology. At the same time, we designed and developed the integrative technology of fracturing and sand control string. It has the advantage of finishing the setting, releasing, fracturing and packing in one trip, which can ensure the successfully implement of this technology. We also developed the large bore and strong setting fracturing and packing sand control tool, which can satisfy the large scale job implementing. Furthermore, we developed the FPF-1 type of no-polymer sand carrier fluid, which has the advantage of low damage and no sediment. At last, we introducing the fracturing and sand control MFrac stimulating software, which can satisfy the need of job stimulating and optimization of the parameters. With the successfully researching and developing of this technology, we have done some field experiment and implementing in Shengli oil field. So far, 36 wells have been dealt with this technology, the one trip success percentage is 100%, and all of the wells is producing normally right now. The average amount of single well is increasing about 2 times, which has an obviously economic and social benefit. From the result of the experiment, we find this technology is absolutely reliable. With the demanding of the high production rate in high water content reservoir, recovering of special reservoir, confirming of the new oil field reserve volume and the enhancing of the unconsolidated sand reservoir recovery, this technology will play an important roles in fulfilling all these tasks.
