| During the development of oil field,limited open hole area causes oil which is far away from well-bore can not be developed.Complicated structures such as multi-layers reservoirs and lenticle reservoirs worsened by faults will lead to limited control by oli wells.The sharp pressure decrease near well-bore because of limited perforation holes is another reason of low recovery. At the same time, the incontinuity production of stream injection(Huff and Puff) and the flow friciton of injected stream in heavy oil bring new challenage to vertical wells and offspring the advent of horizontal well and multi-lateral wells.Through the research on multi-lateral well types and trajectory design,we get the calculation method for critical parameters considering terrestrial stress and permeability anisotropy; After doing research on trajectory control,we know how to determine window location ,how to bulid angle precisely and how to check drill stem strength. Also,we do some research on multi-lateral wells completion which is the most difficult part of the whole process,and at last a series of theory and concrete technology for well completion is gotten.Productivity calculation equation considering pressure drop in the horizontal wells and factors such as coupling of wellbore and reservoir and the asymmetry of branches is also gotten to guide the oilfield production .The above researches gurantee that the multi-lateral wells can achieve the target precisely.The design sample and productivity calculation example illustrate this article's value for oilfield daily production. |
