Methods Of Calculating Development Index Of ASP Flooding

ASP flooding system (ASP) is a flooding system which is mixed by three mixtures-alkali, surfactants and polymers in a certain proportion. The ASP flooding technology is another major EOR technology to carry out the remaining oil, while the oil field has entered the high water cut later stage after polymer flooding. Then, the swept volume improve of reservoir can be improved, and the oil displacement efficiency can be improved, too. The ASP flooding technology has entered the industrial field test stage the expansion of wells, and has extensive application prospects. Therefore, the calculating development index of ASP flooding has played an important role in the planning oil field development.In this paper, the main ASP flooding mechanisms and influencing factors are expounded. Based on the ASP flooding pilot blocks mines information, the dynamic characteristics of the ASP flooding pilot test are analyzed. The changing rules of the main ASP flooding development indexes (moisture, oil and liquid production) are summarized. According to the changing rules of the development indexes, the development indexes are predicted whole or sub, using the empirical methods (statistical methods).In this paper, the ASP flooding pilot test block of north one area west fault is taken as an example. The moisture content, the instantaneous oil production, cumulative oil production and the cumulative liquid production with time are studied, in the Cartesian coordinate system. The empirical formula between these development indexes and time relations is fitted, according to the field. The development indexes are predicted using the empirical formula. The meet to the accuracy requirements of the field is verified.This method of prediction formula is simple, practical, and fast calculation. So, it has great significance to determine the reasonable scale of oil production, and scientific and rational way for the future development.
