Haiwaihe oil field is a large-scale heavy oil field, and block is broken,extremely complicated geological conditions. In 1989, Haiwaihe oil field started to develop fully. In 2002, it started to enter the development stage of high water cut stage. Natural decline rate increased,as high as 22.8%. The speed of the rate of aquifer became fast.Stability of oil production is difficult.Into the high water cut stage, injection-production structure are imperfect, the obvious contradiction between the layers, and the vertical impact of reserves used to impact development effect.Injection-production structure optimization is the main measures to control water production increased on high water cut stage. It mainly include two categories. First, the pattern is larger scale adjustment. Second, under the conditions of not changing in the basic injection-production well, adjust the production of oil wells and injection-production pressure intensity. engineeringTo expand the volume of injected water to improve the effect of oil field development, which is adjusted regularly.In recent years, residual oil were characterized by application of four methods: logging,reservoir engineering , numerical simulation and dynamic analysis, from the vertical, the plane and the micro-distribution. Injection-production structure optimized by carrying out of six work: development of oil field development limits of macro -, optimization of the department of adjustment layers, optimization of injection mode, optimization of multi-level sub-note way, optimization of the output structure, optimization of hydrodynamic oil.Application of a wide range of injection-production structure optimization technology,that improve the effect of he oil field development obviously. Natural decline rate declined to 14.7%. The rate of aquifer declined to 0.9%.Recovery ratio increased to 27.2%. Recoverable reserves increased 181×104t.
