A new type of high efficient centrifugal separation equipment for disposing construction sewage, developed based on the normal used solid-liquid hydrocyclone. It has many virtues, such as small volume, large capacity, small cut size and high separation speed.By mechanism analyzing and experiment study, the separation mechanism and characteristic of the solid-liquid hydrocyclone were studied.Optimized the main design parameter and the operation parameter of monomer hydrycyclone through the numerical simulation, provided the technical support for the next step of experiment in laboratory and field test.Through the laboratory experiment, the optimal structure sizes of solid-liquid hydrocyclone were obtained, such as the diameter, the cone angle, the overflow gate diameter, the enter length of overflow, and so on. The experiment indicated the best processing effect were achieved when flowrate was 3.75 m3/h, the ratio of split was 10%, and pressure loses of the single stage hydrycyclone was not higher than 0.30 MPa under best parameter condition.Through the oil field test, the optimal design parameter and the experimental parameter obtained in laboratory experiment were made further confirmation, which explained the little test installation may improve the processing effect of hydrocyclone to contruction sewage.The scene complex operating mode was able to adapt by the test installation, which had certain handling ability to the construction sewage.This work provided theoretical base and experience for further research of the new technology study of sharp separation for construction sewage.
