In recent years, the ASP flooding technology developed rapidly and achieved good results of Daqing oil field. But there are still some issues that need further study and optimization in the ASP system with strong Alkali. In order to achieve ultra-low interfacial tension of magnitude, we must add a large number of alkali, especially strong alkali. Because of the addition of the alkaline agent, it is serious harm to the reservoir rocks skeleton and cement, so it is bound to cause harm to reservoir. Lightly, this will result in increasing reservoir permeability, decreasing the injection pressure. Seriously it will result in a oil plug near wellbore area. In addition, surfactant, in particular, petroleum sulfonates of multivalent cations in aqueous solution has some precipitation, it may cause a certain degree of impact and injury. In this article, the lab experiments selects natural core of pilot area wells to do the physical simulation of natural core test. With the close connection of the implementation of programs at the scene, experimental study of indoor simulation all the parameters of the scene. Before and after the ASP system, by studying the changes of the core porosity, permeability, core wettability, the distribution of throat, through analysising before and after ASP experiment, the injection of ternary liquid in the five regions of the South zone, changes in reservoir properties and the reasons. We could adjust the slug better, master the nature impact of ASP flooding to the rock, adjust the injection and production process parameters and guid the implementation of the program throughout the block, to reduce the extent of the reservoir damage in the system.
