In this project, the effect of varies size of first polymer plug on displacement efficiency of alkaline/surfactant and polymer alternate inject method had been studied by systemic laboratory evaluation, physical and numerical simulation. As the result, a 0.1PV size of first polymer plug gets the best displacement efficiency. Reasonable injection time, alternate frequency, alternate plug size and varies injection manner effect on displacement efficiency of alkaline/surfactant and polymer alternate inject method had been studied also. 3 times and 4 times alternate injection frequency had been determined as the best displacement way, i.e. 0.075~0.10PV A/S system gets a preferably displacement effect. This project put forward a new injection procedure of ASP flooding. The existent oil recovery of polymer flooding can be improved in some extent. And the A/S system can be utilized adequately to increase displacement efficiency.
