The photo-catalytic oxidation of four materials in harbor entrance(ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,butanone and acetone) wastewater by nanometer TiO2 is subject of thesis.The photochemical catalysis experiment carries on in the acryl glass reactor with aluminum foil.According to the material concentration of port wastewater,according to needs regulate the solution pH value between 2 to 12.In order to mix completely the reactant solution and the catalyst,the solution placed 30min at black atmosphere to attain(environment).In the experimental process,considering the photolysis factor causes the goal pollutant density reduces simultaneously makes the hidden place comparison response.The impact factors of photo-catalytic degradation include the solution initial density,pH,the catalyst dosage, different light resources,additional oxygenates and the reaction time on photocatalytic oxidation was investigated.The experiment indicated that:1) Under condition of initial density of COD is 14673mg/L(9960 mg/L),the initial pH is 7,catalyst dosage is 2g,H2O2 throw adds 1mL,photochemical catalysis 5h,the ethyl acetate(or butyl acetate) elimination rate is 95%(91%),When the ethyl acetate dilutes 4 times (there being no H2O2),the reaction time 6h,the elimination rate respectively is 93%(95%).2) Under condition of the butanone(or acetone) initial density is 8560mg/L(or 8065 mg/L),initial pH is 7,the catalyst dosage is 2.5g,H2O2 throws adds 2mL,photochemical catalysis 6h(or 5h),the butanone(or acetone) elimination rate is 85%(or 82%);when the butanone dilutes 4 times(there being no H2O2),the reaction time 8h,the elimination rate respectively is 89%(or 93%).3) The experiment study of four material mixes,under condition of the initial density (COD) is 14400mg/L,initial pH is 7,the catalyst dosage is 2g,H2O2 throws adds 1.5mL, photochemical catalysis reaction time is 8h,the goal solution elimination rate is 98%.When the solution dilutes 4 times(there being no H2O2),the reaction time 9h,the elimination rate is 97%.4) On the base of the acetone dynamic experimental,analyzed and discusses mechanism of TiO2 photochemical catalysis degradation reaction.System reaction kinetics model has established for 20(W) UV/TiO2,120(W) UV/TiO2,120(W) UV/TiO2/H2O2,120(W) UV/H2O2 systems respectively.
