Equipment used to test particle's thermo-physical parameter is set up, which is based on the two heat transfer models, one is semi infinite substances heat transfer theory under the constant wall temperature, the other is infinite plate heat transfer theory under the constant heat flow condition. Different character particles are tested and analyzed, including compound fertilizer of three particle sizes, zeolite of two particle sizes and aluminum fluoride. This article gives the temperature field of particle bed under unsteady heat transfer condition, by analysis, the effects of particle sizes and porosity and other particle's thermo-physical parameters are obtained. We test the temperature field of five different humidity, and got the humidity effect to temperature.Base on solid heat conductivity theory, this article sets up heat conductivity equation under boundary condition, the apparent thermal diffusivity and the apparent heat conductivity and specific heat are obtained by numerical solution. This article analyzes effect degree of temperature and humidity and particle size and porosity, experience formulae are provided. All these work provide the base data and device guidance for particle heat transfer research and industry equipment.Base on test and simulation, we set up a new pilot waved plate exchanger. We research compound fertilizer's heat transfer characteristics in the equipment. Under different plate spaces and particle speeds and liquid speeds, we test the temperature change law of the move bed inlets and the outlets. We set up two zoon model and get the change law of the temperature and the heat transfer rate and the heat transfer coefficient of the particle system and the waved plates. Abacs of compound fertilizer in the waved plate are provided, and the formulae can be used to predict the relationship of different parameters. |
