Our country which have large population is a big edible oil consumption country,every year the quantity of consumption are about 20 millions ton, in which approximately 40% namely 8 millions ton are produced by the domestic enterprise.In the crude fat fining process the decolorization always uses actived clay, the quantity of accession are about 2%-3%, according to 2% computing, the spent bleaching clay which produced have 160 thousands ton.The oil content of the spent bleaching clay are very high, including 20%-30% oil generally. Withdrawing this part of oils is not only conducive to the protection of the environment, but also create economic benefits.In process of solvent extraction deliver oil, this article was to research the separation question of the oil mixture and the spent bleaching clay,finding a coagulant which can make the oil mixture and the spent bleaching clay rapid separation.This coagulant not only has not affected to the oil extraction rate,but also speeds up the separation of the oil mixture and the spent bleaching clay. This coagulan which can be used recycled and circulates enhanced the production efficiency greatly.This article was to research the possibility of manufacturing biodiesel one-stage process.Designing the single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments to optimize the response condition and to make sure the best technic parameters of the esterification response.Using the reduced pressure distillation method to enhance the content of the fatty acid methyl ester and carrying on qualitative and quantitative tests with the gas chromatography to the biodiesel sample.Finally carrying on determination and analysis to performance index of the biodiesel sample. Main conclusions of the thesis research are as follows:(1) Determined that CH3OH was this experimental coagulant,which could cause the spent bleaching clay to congeal the pellet in the oil mixture and realize the rapid separation of the oil mixture and the spent bleaching clay. In the situation of the coagulant's join, The optimum conditions of solvent extraction deliver oil from the spent bleaching clay are that the moisture content is 2.4%;the leaching temperature take 50~55℃as suitable,the leaching time is 60 minutes, ratio of solvent is 1.5:1, When the leaching number is 3 times, oil residue rate of the spent bleaching clay may fall to 1% below.(2) Relying on a yuan linear regression equation to predict the relationship between the fatty acid methyl ester content of the palm oil biodiesel and the refractive index,carrying on the verification test.Result indicated that the actual value and the predicted value's average error is 0.48%.Therefore using the relationship between the refractive index and the fatty acid methyl ester content of the palm oil biodiesel can accurate judgment esterification response extent of reaction.(3) Researching the possibility of manufacturing biodiesel one-stage process with the spent bleaching clay. Designing the single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments to optimize the response condition and to make sure the best technic conditions of the esterification response are that methanol dosage was 500%, the catalyst dosage was 6%, the reaction time were 4h,6#solvent dosage is 50%. Carrying on qualitative and quantitative tests with the gas chromatography to the biodiesel sample. The purity of biodiesel products produced can achieve 92.54%.
