One-dimensional nanostructured materials,such as nanotube,nanorod,nanowire and nanofiber,have attracted much attention of the scientists due to their unique optical,magnetic,electrical,thermal,acoustic,mechanic,chemical and biological properties as well as potential application values.Herein,La2Ti2O7,La2Sn2O7 and La2Zr2O7 nanofibers with pyrochlore structure were fabricated by combination of sol-gel and electrospinning technique,using PVP(polyvinyl pyrrolidone) and various inorganic salts as precursors.This method offered a brand-new way for fabricating one-dimensional inorganic nanomaterials.The factors affecting morphology of fibers,such as the concentration of PVP,the mass of metal salts added to the sol,distance between the capillary and collector,the voltage and the heating rate were systematically studied.The results showed that the optimum concentration of PVP was 14-16%,increase of the concentration of inorganic salts resulted in the increased diameter of fibers,and the diameter of the fibers was decreased with the increase of electrospinning voltage.The fibers were broken when the calcination temperature was increased quickly.The as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffractometry(XRD), thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA).All the results manifested that the La2Ti2O7,La2Sn2O7,La2Zr2O7 nanofibers possessed homogeneous diameters of 100-200 nm and uniform morphology.
