In this paper, gearbox cover simulation model is built in software UG in order to verify residual internal stress in intricate casting and software ANSYS is adopted to simulate gearbox cover to enable the simulation of the forming process for intricate casting to verify the residual internal stress.Heat treatment process under different conditions for gearbox cover is simulated by means of software ANSYS to study and address the effect of technological parameter conditions on residual internal stress during heat treatment in this paper. A comparative study is conducted on the effect of cooling on residual internal stress in intricate casting in different media under the same temperature and the effect of cooling on residual internal stress in intricate casting in the same medium under different temperatures so as to obtain reasonable technological parameters to minimize the effect of residual internal stress in intricate casting.The comparison between the actual parameters made available as a result of simulation of the one part and the distribution and size of residual internal stress of the other part is drawn to arrive at the interrelationship between technological parameter conditions for heat treatment and residual internal stress in casting. Comparison with the theoretical value of heat treatment process is made to further verify the theoretical value. |
