Organotin complexes have excellent catalytic, bactericidal and anti-cancer properties in the industrial, agricultural and medical fields, such as a wide range of applications, has been of great importance to the chemical workers, therefore, the synthesis of new organotin complexes and to study the nature of there are important scientific significance. In this paper, through the relevant literature to triphenyltin chloride and dibutyltin oxide, based on different ligands, I has synthesized the corresponding complexes. And the structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and X-ray diffraction. Their antibacterial and anti-tumor activity are being tested. The main innovation of this article concludes that:1,The new compound (1) was synthesized with the known alkyne and triphenyltin hydride, Sn atom is four-coordinate and exists in the tetrahedron, whose four C atoms from the benzene ring and the three parts of the complex alkenyl respectively, Sn1 link three benzene ring C atoms, then the three Sn-C bond lengths are not exactly same, especially the Sn1-C21 bond is longer than the Sn1-C11 and Sn1-C31 bond lengths. This is the reason of the mutual attraction between Sn1 and O1, which causes the Sn1-C21 bond length's increase. The compound has not been reported in the interrelated literature.2,In accordance with the above chemical reaction, I also has prepared three new aromatic acetylene compounds (2), (3), (4), in which the alkynyls locate to O atoms, For this, we will make it react with triphenyltin hydride similarly, and then prepare some new type of organic compounds in the future. This work is in progress.3,The complexe (5) is prepared by my own synthesising aromatic acid and dibutyltin oxide, and complexe (5) contains two ethoxy bridge, with a centro-symmetric dimer trapezoidal structure, and the four tin atoms are five coordinate, which constitute as the central tin atom in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration.4,The complexe (6) is prepared by the reaction of 1,4-bis(1-chloro-2-methylpropan -2-yl)benzene and dichlorobis(2-methyl-2-phenylpropyl)stannane, and two tin atoms are four-coordinate, which form as the central tin atom a distorted geometry. In the future, using this new type of compound, we will synthesize more and more novel organotin compounds.
