| In China the underground mining of coal has reached 95%, and is suffering from all kinds of severe disasters restricted from the objective factors such as the geological deposit condition of coal seam. Among all of these disasters, firedamp calamity is the biggest threat to the safety in coal production, while heavy gas accidents or even extraordinary serious gas accidents( coal or firedamp outbursts, firedamp explosion) arise frequently, which hits the safety of the employees and the continuable development of the coal industry.At first, grounded on the detailed analysis of the basic characteristic of the gas explosion accidents, this paper puts emphasis on the impact on the gas explosion accident, from human factors, management factors, mine equipment factors and environmental factors, while focusing on the reasons for order through the gas explosion analysis, in order to find a key reason for gas explosion, provide a data infrastructure for the establishment of coal mine gas explosion in real-time monitoring system.Secondly, in accordance with the basic principles of software engineering and methods, put forward functional requirements of a coal mine monitoring and control system, performance requirements and other requirements, and on this basis it proposes the hardware structure of a coal mine monitoring and control system..Thirdly, introducing the structure and working principle of every parameter on the signal acquisition system for gas, and describes interface circuit of the signal acquisition module. Various acquisition modules collect their own time-sharing parameters, and these parameters displayes on the LCD screen. It provide the most convincing assurance for mine gas explosion in real-time monitoring system on forecasts of the hardware system timely and accurately.Finally, on the processing of the Delphi visual realization of the gas monitoring system, we use object-oriented method and classification of structural design. In order to achieve real-time tracking of inquiries, data collection, as well as various functions, such as superscalar warning, and it provides an important platform for Delphi visualization gas monitoring system. Once there is accident incipient faulty, the system would clue on early warning of firedamp explosion, and at the same time the online accident cause analysis and its corresponding measure would be presented according to the expert system's repository, which could finally realize Delphi visualization and the real-time early warning and monitoring for the firedamp explosion of coal mine. The system is of theoretic and practical significance to the consummation of the safety monitor system theory, as well as the improvement of coal mine's safety management and supervisory level. |
