With the rapid electron technology development, consumer electronic products are very common used in every walk of life in the 21st century. Especially these of that scientific research instrument and device are very delicate and expensive, When a fire breaks out, these devices will be damaged, the proprietor will be subjected to great financial losses, Therefore, we should use appropriate fire extinguisher to fight fire swiftly in the initial stage. But fires to which type K aerosol extinguishing agent is inapplicable, products of the combustion of it are corrosive, precision instruments,cultural relics. and archival will be damaged again. for this reason, A new aerosol fire-extinguishing agent is studied in these years in the world.In the paper, author have consulted a number of papers and books based on the results of previous studies, A new type S aerosol extinguishing agent was designed and developed, Firstly a series of raw materials is choosed and designed according to fire type, zero oxygen balance method is used to determine the main components and their contents of a sample of mixture, secondly The role of raw materials particle size is introduced as well as the main factors to affect combustion velocity. The appropriate particle size is proposed , assistant components and their contents of a sample of mixture were optimized by orthogonal test, Therefore initial prescription is got by following the above instructions. Thirdly the producing process, fire extinguishing efficiency, burning rate, PH value and corrosivity are studied and evaluated, Finally a new antiseptic aerosol extinguishing agent is improved, optimized and selected, In addition, safety performance and mechanical physics of product are analyzed andstudied, It will be potentially extensive application in firefight equipment market.
