| The research topic is samething about the applications of BP artificial neural networks in a comprehensive evaluation of highway network planning. basic concepts and the of progress of strategic environmental impact assessment was study. a highway network planning environmental impact assessment index system was build, artificial neural networks, introduced the basic principles of model types and applications of artificial neural networks will be applied to the highway network planning environmental impact assessment methods.Based on the theory and method of the strategic environmental assessment and highway network planning, a Indicators system of strategic environmental assessment of highway network planning was built in this paper. Meanwhile, the dimensionless method which is suitable for quantitative and qualitative index was discussed respectively. A three level front feed back neutral network comprehensive evaluation model was established, and the model was used to evaluate environmental impacts of Hunan province highway network planning. The results indicate that the environmental impacts of Hunan province highway network planning's grade is teeny in 2010, less in 2020, middling in 2030.In this study, based on BP artificial neural network used in the establishment of the highway network planning environmental impact assessment of the comprehensive evaluation model, evaluation can avoid the cumbersome calculation of weight and at the same time reduce speculation because of the subjective evaluation of errors arising from the use of matlab software terms, can greatly reduce the workload, through self-learning neural network input features of model training and validation, drawn between the relationship at all levels and all floors of the unit threshold, improved the objectivity of the results of comprehensive evaluation. |
