Pesticide wastewater is a big one in our country industrial wastewater. It is characteristics include high organic concentration, complex constituent and hard to treat with bio-treatment. Because the wastewater is mainly polluted by the organic matter, the most popular treatment way is bio-treatment. The pesticide wastewater treatment process is physical chemistry-biologic chemistry. The process removes some organic contamination by physical chemistry way(heading off by using flocculants and electrolysis air flotation), then treats by biology to make the effluent meets the release standard. The process isn't a ideal one because of its high cost and long process, so it't important to research a new way to treat the wastewater. The paper carried out a combined process of"Micro-electrolysis—Anaerobic process"to treat the pesticide wastewater, concernd some factors that influence the treatment of wastewater, including pH, time, Fe:C etc. The main clusions are as below:(1)Research on the most influence factors shows the optimum conditions are: pH value was 3, Fe:C was 1:1, and reaction time was 60 min. The CODCr removal rate was 44.19% by the micro-electrolysis process under the optimum conditions. The best B:C can be 0.26, better than 0.15 that before reaction;(2)Researching on the principle of micro-electrolysis degraded the wastewater. From the research we know the best Fe is cast iron ingot, the best mix speed is 290r/min;(3)Adopted the best condition earned from static state micro-electrolysis method processing pesticide wastewater, started the experiment of laboratory dynamic micro-electrolysis method solution. Then anaerobic process was used to treat the wastewater that from last station. It was proved that the bio-chemical trait of wastewater was remarkably, and the effect was very stable. The total CODCr removal rates up to about 92%.
