Accompany with the improvement of economy and living standards in China, dairy products has produced a demand of huge market, thus promote the market of dairy products packaging and the machinery manufacture of dairy products packaging . Because China's packaging machine started late, many of the large and medium enterprises are having used the intermittent Pillow-style packaging of dairy products, which have shortcomings that the efficiency of producing is slow ,the accuracy of bag is not high, and often have the phenomenon of milk leakage. In order to solve these problems, this paper have research and analysis Tetra Pak Pillow-style packaging of dairy products, and put on two aspects of the new design improvements including the mechanical and electrical.The efficiency of producing is a problem which are having plagued the large and medium-sized enterprises in China. At the peak of producing, intermittent packaging machine is unable to meet the requirements of producing tasks. This paper is studying that using the single-chip microcomputer to control servo motor to drive the unequivalent transmission and using the rotary tangential way for closure that can improve work efficiency. Bag-control design is a focus of this paper which use Infrared detection feedback signal to promote cross closure servomotor and use real-time detection pulse control the speed of packaging materials then feedback to the controller to compare with the target to output margin ,input that to the Fuzzy PID controller to format a regulator. Using the regulator to adjust servo motor to change the speed of the film for delivery speed can well control the accuracy of the precision-bag in Continuous producing.In the industrial production, general Packaging Machine milk leakage phenomenon is 3% which because of Daomu sliding shift from top to bottom .When do mechanical design, we change t he shape of teeth Daomu so that Daomu Strip in the next trapezoidal Lingyi can change knife and cut off the platform to format a certain angle. In any case, let Daomu on the top of the ladder Lengyi Daomu contact the top of the ladder Lengyi in order to achieve the purpose of heat sealing , which improve the the leakage of milk phenomenone effectively...
