Dryer is dry baking equipment, are widely used in screen printing, paper, electroplating, printed circuit industry, such as dehumidification and ink, paint drying and curing. The structure of air drying system for Dryer existing domestic is rather complicated, the performance is low. The Dryer performance of Germany, Britain and other countries is better, but very expensive in developing countries and underdeveloped countries are not in the market. Therefore, it is great significance to design the air system of dryer in line with China's national conditions, which is for the domestic industry, and practical needs, drawing on theory and advanced manufacturing technology, to economical and practical for the purpose of design.Light radtech for the Paper Dryer in the paper is equipment that is mainly for the use of infrared and ultraviolet light after the paper printed to solid the paper. It is composed mainly with the rack and the insulation system, transmission system, infrared drying group, UV-curing group, cooling temperature control group, Aspiratory pressure-targeted group, and electrical control system. Airflow and temperature is the important indicator of performance affecting the dryer, which mainly rely on air-conditioning systems, which is composed with fans, piping, working parts, and the supporting device. The main part is the fans and the pipe. The fan as a source of power, the pipeline as an air channel, which must be matched to achieve effective, can achieve the best performance of the system.Paper introduce the Chamber design and calculation of infrared drying group, UV-curing group, cooling temperature control group, Aspiratory pressure-targeted group in detail.
