This research has been take for many years to the Wuliangsuhai ecology gocernment obtained data as a foundation. this article was studied for the needs of Wuliangsuhai ecological construction and scientific management, using "3S" technology, computer technology, project database technology and environmental project technology, and established GIS for ecological protection of WuliangshuhaiUnder the environment of VB.NET, based on the demand of ecological protection for Wuliangshuhai, the system's whole structure, database design and systematic functions requirement had been researched seriously. Beside, the establishment of total nitrogen forecast model also had been put considerable study. SuperMap Objects 5.2 was re-developed, successfully carrying out management and analysis behavior for vector data and raster data , achieving connecting with SQLsever ,realizing the query of figure information and attribute information between each other . Utilizing the method of ADO.net data accessing, connecting the control of DataGridView in VB.NET and SQLsever, essential data memory, revision and inquiry functions were implemented. Total nitrogen model was established by the control provided by VB.NET . The technique of DrowString which belongs to the Graphics of VB.net to show the result was used and the diagram of curves which can show each condition nitrogen along with time variation was drawed. Combining the technology of precisely pointing for GPS on the map and the technology of raster image data processing, preliminarily achieving the "4S" systems integration., which would lay solid foundations for establishment intelligent information platform on the project of Wuliangshuhai.
