With the application fields of conductive material enlarging, development of new type conductive material based on high polymer becomes more and more faster. Composites filled with conductive particles break traditional mold of development and research on conductive material, bringing wide market to exploitation of sense conductive material. Macromolecule conductive material attracts more and more eyes in terms of good mechanics properties, cheap cost, lasting using life and simple processing steps.Conductive filling is used, including powder and fibre. To inorganic particles, more shortcoming of interface combine properties and dispersal exists, depressing the mechanics properties; To carbon fibre, costly cost makes invester too far behind to catch up with this material.PP/PA/GF/CB composites avoid above problems and bring new traits, such as cheap cost, simple processing step, unique system structure and novel double-percolation phenomenon. In this paper, preparation, change of resistance under stress and temperature field and correlation between electrical and viscoelastic properties are studied, and some conclusions could be obtained:â’ˆTo PP/PA/GF/CB composites, double influences on inner structure are brought along with CB content increasing: one hand, with CB content increasing, PA phase contains more CB content, which makes resistance of PP/PA/GF/CB composites decrease; another hand, it could increase more fibre formed by PA, which also makes resistance decline.â’‰It is obvious influence of GF on resistivity of PP/PA/GF/CB composites. A perfect conductive network consists of there perfect structures: first, network of CB in PA phase; second, PA/CB blends coat GF, coating is influenced by some factor, such as content, surface of GF, processing art etc; finally,GF coated by PA/CB blends forms perfect network.â’ŠWith GF content changing, NPC domino offect firstly hanppens, PPC follows, which bring PP/PA/GF/CB system a more possibility of application.â’‹Comparability is existed between resistance creep and mechanical creep of PP/PA/GF/CB composites, The creep equation of amorphous polymer is better utilized to simulate resistance creep and relaxation. The conclusions of this paper supply enough theoretic gist for development and application of PP/PA/GF/CB composites.
