High energy consumption and membrane fouling are the main obstacles on the membrane technology extending on wastewater treatment.Membrane fouling can cause the increase of microfiltration resistance.Permeation velocity would decay over time at constant TMP,transmembrane pressure(TMP) will increase over time.Dynamic membrane(DM) technique is drawn more attraction recently for the advantage on anti-fouling and backwashing. Through DM and flat membrane microfiltration wastewater technology,process parameter can be investigated.A set of experimental system of flat membrane microfiltration semiconductor wastewater is built in this study,we choose flat membrane with 0.25μm aperture.We can gain the clean membrane resistance with Darcy law.Under the same conditions,we can learn if clean membrane resistance will be influenced by changing temperature.Pollution layer correlation of dimensionless number is given under the operating condition and physical parameters.In this paper,experiments can be divided into clean deionized water,precoaetd dynamic membrane of crossflow microfiltration,direct crossflow microfiltration and precoaetd dynamic membrane of dead-end microfiltration.The experimentsof clean deionized water mainly study that operation pressure have influence on the membrane flux and aeration have influence on membrane pressure difference.The results of experiments show that with the increase of operation pressure,filtration flux is higher.In order to maintain TMP with the same value,filtration flux is higher when the experiments have aeration.In this paper,different particle diameter are filtrated such as semiconductor wastewater and Mg(OH)2 solution,which gains the variation of operating parameters such as TMP,turbidity of effluent,pH of solution and so on.Experimental study the variation of operating parameters such as TMP,viscosity, turbidity of effluent,thickness of filter cake,pH and concentration of solution by using the comparison between precoaetd dynamic membrane of crossflow microfiltration and direct crossflow microfiltration Finally experimental study the variation of operating parameters by using the comparison between crossflow microfiltration and dead-end microfiltration of having precoaetd dynamic membrane.After finishing experiments,we clean the membrane,then the photos of electron microscope scanning show the structure of membrane surface and cross-section. In this study,blocking model was used to simulate and analyze experiments for dead microfiltration suspension containing particles of silicon.First of all,functional relations of four blocking models were derived.This study simulated the TMP increase over time in constant rate.The result of simulation was successfully able to confirm blocking model could simulate the whole microfiltration process to some extent,but the model can't get exact results.The results of above study demonstrate that precoaetd dynamic membrane technique has great enhancement performance for flat membrane microfiltration.Industrial purposes will have more application prospect and guiding significance using flat membrane filtration separator.
