The Research Of A Method To Distinguish Crude Oil And Fuel Oil In A Fast Way

With the enforcement of reform and opening up policy and the development of modern industries,China's current crude oil resources have been far from meeting the needs of the national economy.Therefore a large number of annual crude oil has to be imported to meet the needs of the development of China's production.However,in recent years in our country,there are some unscrupulous traders,in the name of fuel oil, processing imported crude oil and producing various kinds of oil and petroleum products,so as to get profits in the domestic market.It greatly shocks the domestic oil market and disturbs the market order for domestic oil products.Thus,a method of fast way to distinguish crude oil and fuel oil is of great importance to the stability of the market order and the safeguard of the nationat interests.Through some research and comparative analysis of the crude oil and fuel oil,this paper aims to combat the smuggling of illegal vendors by accurately distinguishing the crude oil and fuel oil in a short period of time.This paper carries out the study from the following aspects.Firstly,to make a test and analysis of all crude indicators of the physical and chemical properties and metal content of the elements,then put the aggregate indicators together.Then give an analysis on the measured data and fuel oil to the international ISO standard indicators of the fuel requirements.On this basis,make a research of the test targets in a relatively short period of time.After several rounds of testing and comparative analysising,it is found that there exists no silicon in the imported crude oil,while it exists in the majority of imported fuel oil and only a small fraction of the fuel elements do not contain silicon.Therefore,taking the point,we decide to determine the properties of oil by the measurement of the quantity of silicon by means of spectrum.As for the small fraction of the fuel elements which do not contain silicon,we distinguish by the standard of initial boiling point.The continued study shows that the density and flash point can also be the indicators to distinguish between.Still we need to verify the accuracy of the method of rapid identification.The laboratory verifications are mainly divided into internal verification and validation throughout the country.Before carrying out the validation throughout the country,we should first evaluate the testing abilities of the laboratories,and then authorize the qualified ones to do the final test of method of the rapid identification.At last,after the verifications,it proves that this method is correct and very useful!...
