With the development of human society,people are gradually focusing on the research of natural environment.And,the study on ozone is also an important one of all the topics now.In the past,the study on ozone is only via human's work.However,new method is suggested because of the development of information technology(IT).After all,the application of IT will alleviate people's repeated work and,plus,make people's work more effective.So,the process of corresponding science research will be promoted.First of all,the thesis introduces the background of the research for ozone concentration and provides some research methods.Subsequently,a research program is given that by constructing a web based system for ozone concentration analysis,the users who take part in the study on ozone can just upload the image of testing paper via mobile phones or personal computers,and,then,the calculation and the statistics will be accomplished by computer automatically.So,the thesis then includes two parts,one is about the image processing and the other is about the constructing of the web system.In the part of the image processing,some algorithms related to the ozone concentration research are introduced and the details of the design and implementation are also brought forth.And in the part of the constructing of the web system,some technologies about web development based on J2EE are introduced,and then the implementation for the web based system is given.It is demonstrate that it is feasible to construct this web based system for ozone concentration analysis because of the study mentioned above.What is more,this thesis also brought forth the conception that similar research can be processed by constructing a system like this.
