| Cold extrusion is advanced manufacturing process providing precision parts with high efficiency and low cost,It becomes a important process of bulk metal forming.The development of the traditional extrusion process is inefficient,long cycle and the high cost of the design varies from person to person and it is difficult to ensure that the design and manufacture of quality.Cold extrusion processing is complexity,and affected by many factors,which cause design difficulty.Many existed CAPP system for cold extrusion lack of the verification and optimization method of process and die design.Take this background as starting point,the paper studies CAPP system of the cold extrusion process design by the using of VB6.0 and business software deform,The main results are as follows:(1)Design methods based on derivatives,through man-machine interactive means of cold extrusion parts classification and coding,the establishment of a cold extrusion parts classification and coding system.(2)The establishment of the Cold Extrusion Process Library,search through the code to be cold extrusion process and die design of the initial.(3)The establishment of the finite element simulation module,the use of DEFORM software macro command to generate all kinds of cold extrusion parts typical finite element model of the template library,cold extrusion parts by modifying the finite element templates,specific parts of the finite element batch file;to activate the batch file to carry out finite element simulation(4)Based on the simulation results and experience to verify and optimize the process the two means:forming limit contrast parameters and input parameter sensitivity analysis of the finite element method. |
