In this paper,magnesium alloy of AZ31B was studied separately in a silicate,phosphate as the main film into the electrolyte of magnesium alloy samples were micro-arc oxidation treatment,and research on a variety of auxiliary magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidation process,the better the response to determine the effect of the electrolyte better after micro-arc oxidation power of the model in detail,in particular to the negative voltage on the micro-arc oxidation process to do an in-depth study. Tests of magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidation film of the surface morphology,phase composition,thickness,bonding strength and corrosion resistance can be tested.The results show that the choice of electrolyte in the main into silicate film at the same time,add sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide and glycerol on micro-arc oxidation film has a more significant impact,not only magnesium alloy specimens arc in a relatively short time since,greatly reducing the micro-arc oxidation of reaction time,but also through the observation of surface morphology found that after the formation of micro-arc oxidation of the film formation and more smaller aperture,thus the combination of film and corrosion resistance are more significant impact on performance has been enhanced.At the same time,this article in the way of micro-arc oxidation power of the study found that in the previous study used the constant pressure model of the impact of the surface layer has a larger limit,because the process of voltage in response to the film brought about a gradual decline in the significant negative effects,the effect of film so far from ideal,but at the same time at constant pressure process must be given to the negative voltage,can be high and stable current density of micro-arc oxidation at the film to be to do further analysis found that film thickness and corrosion resistance have been greatly improved.
