The phosphate glass-ceramic of different components is prepared by the melting method and crystallization technique,TiO2 is nucleator.The crystallization heat-treated schedules were determined by DTA results.According to XRD curve,the main crystal phase is CaTi4P6O24.The glass-ceramic's surface topography and crystal size was observed by SEM.The mechanical properties of glass-ceramic was charactered by calculating bulk density and survey bending strength.Using In Vitro degradation method,in static Simulation Body Fluid(SBF) the glass-ceramics's composition and surface topography was analysed by FTIR,XRD,SEM.The result showed that there were Hydroxyl-Apitite (HA) and Hydroxyl-Carbonate-Apitite(HCA).These two kinds of crystal phases grow with the immersion time.It confirmed that the glass-ceramics have biological activity.
