Research On Issues Of Enforcement Of Environmental Administrative Law In Western Minority Region

Western minority region is located in inland and frontier of China, it has a unique advantage in respect of natural resources and human resources, meanwhile ensures the development of our economy and society from resources. Not only environmental protection is a basic national policy, but also it is the premise that we achieve the strategy of sustainable development and sustainable, efficient, healthy development of national economy, moreover enforcement of environmental administrative law guarantees the implement of the basic national policy. Since Environment Protection Law has come into existence in 1979.Sep in China, with the development of legal system and legal education, people's awareness of environment protection has increased greatly. Environment protection agencies and departments have also been set up in several places, correlative supporting systems have also been improved, so environment protection has made significant progress. However, natural environment of rural areas in the western region where minority lives, still faces with enormous difficulties and challenges, there are many issues requiring urgent solution about enforcement of environmental administrative law. In addition to some prevalent issues, we cannot ignore the impact of custom and religious beliefs on enforcement of environmental administrative law. The effect of enforcement of environmental administrative law of rural areas in the western region, is directly related to the smooth implementation of the great development of the western region and the comprehensive construction of socialist well-off society. This paper is to research on several issues about enforcement of environmental administrative law of minority rural areas in the western region, to provide some targeted suggestions. As a result, we can realize the development of economy and society of minority rural areas in the western region development, improve ecological environment and carry out sustainable development.
