In this paper, the application and synthesis methods of pyrroles were introduced, and the methods of palladium-catalyzed (Z)-2-en-4-ynyl acetate into pyrroles was researched. Expounded in this article is divided into three chapters, which are summarized as follows:1. Pyrrole and its derivatives are important pentatomic heterocyclic compounds. They are widely applied in medicine, pesticides, food, household chemicals and so on. Because of the application of pyrrole and its derivatives in photosensitive material and high-tech polymer materials, people pay more attention to the synthesis of pyrrole derivatives.2. In recent years, people pay more enthusiasm to the synthesis of pyrrole, not only to improve and extend the scope of application of some classical synthesis pyrrole ring, and some even put forward a novel type of reaction. The methods for the synthesis of pyrrole by alkynyl compounds and multi-component are more attractive.3. Synthesis and characterization of polysubstituted pyrroles. A novel and efficient method for construction of polysubstituted pyrroles, which included an intermolecular amination and Pd(II)-catalyzed intramolecular hydroamidation. The polysubstituted pyrroles have been characterized.
