The thesis consists of two parts:The first part is the study of microwave-assisted oxidation of internal alkynes to 1,2-diaryldiketones with DMSO/I2.The first chapter introduces the evolvement of oxidation of internal alkynes to 1,2-diaryldiketones including oxidants contain metals and nonmetals.The second chapter introduces the process and the results of microwave-assisted oxidation of internal alkynes to 1,2-diaryldiketones with DMSO/I2 in detail.We synthesized a range of 1,2-diaryldiketones using 50%amount I2 in DMSO under microwave irradiation.The attractive features of this method were the short reaction times,good yields,low cost and easy preparation.All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FAB,IR and EA.The second part is the study on the dimer of C5 petroleum pitch.The first chapter introduces the analysis of the composing of C5.The second chapter introduces the synthesis of standard sample of C10 and the analysis of the mainly composing of them. The third chapter introduces the active and relationship of the materials.The results of this part have referenced value to industrial production.
