Selective laser sintering rapid prototyping technology as an important component of materials research has developed into research in the field of hot spots, using the technology to create prototype parts with high strength, good elasticity, fatigue resistance, etc.. At present, nylon powder for selective laser sintering study of more mature, because of pure nylon parts powder exist many problems, Therefore presented the compound nylon powder research. In this paper, it is in this research context, in order to develop a good sintering properties of nylon composite powder are carried out. The main conclusion of the study is as follows:Through the experiment discovered that aluminum powder filling a sintering process to improve the existence of the problem and the higher aluminum content, the smaller the shrinkage, sintering the better pieces of dimensional accuracy and add appropriate amount of aluminum powder can be filled sintered improve mechanical properties, tensile strength, bending strength.From the experiment find that aluminum powder-filled volume of the best 40%. Composite powder at this time the tensile strength and flexural strength of 40.1MPa, respectively, and 45.6MPa, the extension rate of 7.28%. Best laser sintering process parameters are laser power 10W, preheating temperature of 90℃, scanning speed 1300 mm / s, Shop powder thickness 0.15mm.The best ratio of powder sintering process parameters in the best prepared of the two functional parts. Carried out on the sintered resin Baptist after treatment technology, the degree of infiltration and the result is good, the mechanical properties has also been greatly improved. The tensile strength and flexural strength of 55.2MPa, respectively, and 54.6MPa, the extension rate of 8.25%.Can be used as functional pieces of plastic to use.
