The Assessment And Plan Choosing Of Fuel Gas Desulphurization Project In Jin Shan Power Plants

By use of the evaluating system for modern project management, following the general process of project appraisal, the evaluating plan of Fuel Gas Desulphurization (FGD) has been proposed combining with the characteristic and the special details of the project, and the thesis gave an account of establishment process of project appraisal system by view of the FGD project in Jin Shan power plant in Inner Mongolia, and the index system for evaluating the FGD system has been established integrating with the correlation theory, the environment and social efficiency of the project carried on the appraisal uniting the indexes from various aspects in order to guide the implementation work of the project.
